A laboratory seminar was held at North Central High school on Thursday, Nov. 20 for gifted students of Mrs. Julia Duplechain of North Central and Mrs. Karen Ryder of Opelousas Catholic. Mr. Michael Lombas, EAGLE instructor, conducted the seminar in one of NCHS's science labs. Also present was Mrs. Winnie Auzenne, coordinator. Topics of the lab included DNA fingerprinting, organ dissections, and bacterial resistance.
