| Chad Javan Nevills and Alexis Danielle Bush exchanged vows during the NCHS Adult Responsibility Class Mock Wedding held in the auditorium on May 2, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. The wedding was a culminating activity for the class. They learned about requirements for a real wedding, including bride and groom responsibilities, money needed, time, energy, resources, decorating, catering, and organization. Officiating was Mr. Paul Benson. The bride's dress was Queen Ann Design with laced pearls. It was loaned by Eula Thibodeaux Fashions. Musical selections were "Let's Get Married" by Jagged Edge, "Wifey" by Next and "Wind Beneath My Wings" which was sung by Shena Chenier and Brittany Jackson. |
