Congratulations!!! NCHS State FFA Land Judging Champions
      North Central FFA Land Judging team won the State Championship in Louisiana's FFA Land Judging held on November 13 at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA. The event was sponsored by the Natchitoches Soil and Water Conservation District and Louisiana's Natural Resources Conservation Service. There were 42 teams competing representing over 200 FFA chapters in Louisiana. The North Central team included Jeremy Ducote, Heidi Beard, Amber Ducote and Odie Bryant. Odie was recognized as the high scorer in the event with a score of 266 out of 300. North Central's second team placed 13th overall and consisted of Megan Schexnayder, Lorenzo Evans, Jessica Schexnayder and Lauren Beard. The team will represent Louisiana in the National event to be held in Oklahoma City, OK during the first week of May, 2004.
Odie was recognized as the high scorer in the event with a score of 266 out of 300.
