Members of the North Central FFA are participating in the Louisiana Department of Transportation's Adopt-A-Road program. The chapter has adopted two miles of Highway 10 in front of North Central High School. Students will clean the roadside a minimum of six times a year. As a community service, FFA members add this time to their records. The program assists with the FFA chapter receiving recognition as an outstanding National Chapter by the National FFA Organization. Members would encourage other groups to get involved in keeping our roadways clean and attractive.
