North Central FFA members brought home 1st place honors at the Area III Leadership Career Development Events held on December 10 at the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. Receiving 1st place were Danielle Beard - Creed Speaking and Corey Courville - Extemporaneous Speaking.
        These students will compete in their respective events at the State FFA Convention to be held this summer in Alexandria where one student will be selected to represent Louisiana at the National competition in each area. Also competing in the Area III CDE's were Dane Firmin - 4th Place, Gulf of Mexico Speech, and Corey Courville, Gulf of Mexico Speech.
