I go to North Central High School. I'm 5 feet 3 in. with blonde hair and dark brown eyes. I live in the country. I enjoy horseback riding, I'm a true cowgirl to the bone and love it. I like to just hang out with friends, I love to talk on the phone, but most of all I like to spend time with my boyfriend, who shares some of my same interests and is also a cowboy. I'm very concerned about our world, our nation, teen crime and violence. When I get older, I plan to go through 2 years of T.H. Harris Institute for accounting. I want to be a person devoted to my family and job. In my spare time, I would like to break horses in and spend evenings out with my family. I want to this world to be a better place when I get older for my family. I want everyone to get along better and have a little more peace. With a little more peace, we'd have less crime and violence. We're the people who are better satisfied and should count it a privilege to live in the U.S. but some of us don't. We should try to better it, not destoy it with crime and violence. We need to better ourselves by futhering our education, and stop depending on everyone else to do things for us and do it ourselves. We'd be a whole lot better off. So I hope in the future we can all get along, have peace and STOP THE TEEN VIOLENCE !!!!! In order for this to happen, I must start with myself first. I must keep my grades up, stay in school, further my education, and work to achieve this to the best of my ability. I can also encourge my family and friends to do the same and try to break this chain of violence and crime and make our world a better place. My hobbies are eating, talking on the phone, and listening to the radio. My concerns are finishing school, graduating from college, and getting a job. I am very easy to get along with . I want to graduate from high school, and I would like to receive a Ph.D degree. I also want to be a mother and a wife. I would like everyone to feel as one community. When everyone feels as a family and works together we could keep our environment clean. I am a 15 year old female. I was born in the year of 1981, on September 25. I attend North Central High School. One of my interests is to help anyone when they are down, need help, or when they need someone to talk to. My hobbies are listening to the radio, getting together with my friends, going to school, and writing. My main concern is graduating from high school and going to college. Some of my other concerns are for both my mother and my grandmother as well as my father and my sisters and my brothers to all be here when I graduate. My favorite sports are basketball and football. In basketball, my favorite teams and players are Seattle Super Sonics-Shawn Kemp; San Antonio Spurs-David Robison; Charlotte Hornets-Larry Johnson; and the Houston Rockets-Hakeem Olajuan. For football, my favorite teams and players are Dallas Cowbays- Deion Sanders(mainly) and Emitt Smith; and the San Francisco 49ers- erry Rice. My favorite type of music is R&B as well as RAP. My most preffered singers are TU PAC, KEITH SWEAT, BONE THUGS -N- HARMONY, BABY FACE, 3T, IMMATURE, LL COOL J (mainly), and DABRAT. I also think that the middle brother TARYLL from 3T is the bestlooking one, even though he is 21. When I grow up, I would most preferrably like to be a R.N. and on my free time, I would very much like to write and have books published. After I finish school, I would like to settle down, find the right person for me to marry, and have at least two children. I wouldn't wan't to have a child any earlier than at least 18 or 19. Hopefully more people will say the same thing. Also, when I get older, I really would like to see more young women staying in school. I would also hope for there to be less violence and less young people getting involved in gangs. That is as well as teenagers that smoke, drink, etc. All things like that need to be stopped. There also needs to be a drop in teenage pregnancy because it seems like there has been a very dramatic increase in teenage pregnancy and dropouts. I would also like to improve the way that we treat one another. I think that children as well as teenagers and adults need to learn to stop believing all of the mess that they hear because they need to realize that everything that you hear isn't true. All of these gangs need to be stopped because that is another thing that causes trouble. In order to help all of this happen, I would be willing to talk to some of the people I know who are like that, to try and convince them to quit. I would also help the adults to form a Youth Support Group. To realize what my personal goals are and also my vision of the world, I would follow the following steps:First, I would write down my ideas for each. Secondly I would write down my ideas that could help you with each. Then I would go to a teacher, principal, or parent that could help me with it. Then I would help put every thing into effect. I am a 13 year old female. I live in Melville, Louisiana, which is probably not even on the map. The name of the school I attend is North Central HIgh School, which is located in Lebeau, Louisiana. I am a 9th grader who takes interest in people, culture,and school. My hobbies are playing volleyball, dancing, and reading. Here are a few of my concerns: passing 9th grade, getting out of high school, getting into a good college, and to be able to find a good job. Some other things about me are that I am a very nice, intelligent, talented, and fun to be with girl. I am also concerned about others. When I graduate from school and get out of college, I will go to medical school and study to be a pediatrician because I like helping others and I think I would good at it. When I get older I would try to get rid of gangs, clean up my community, keep people off the streets, provide more jobs, and help jails increase their sizes so they would do more about crime. I am five one in heigth, I have black hair, blue eyes, and I am a caucasian. I love to ride horses, spend time with my friends, and sometimes shop. I'd rather be out in the country than in a town or city though. I want to live on a ranch and own cattle as well as horses. I also want to marry a true cowboy. I do live on the outskirts of town, kind of like where I would like to live when I get older. I love country music! I would like to be a pediatric nurse when I get older. I love children. I plan on going to T. H. Harris College for nursing and then apply for a job at O.G.H. I want to do something with my life. I want to be totally devoted to my job and my family. I wish that people would stop fighting and doing drugs. Why won't they realize that fighting is not a way to deal with problems, neither are drugs! Drugs can and will hurt you as well as your family, and people just don't seem to undrestand that. I also wish we would have peace throughout the world and environment. I would just like to know what happened to the Golden Rule! I've always tried to be a peacemaker rather than someone who would prefer to cause trouble! That is one way to start reaching my goals to make this a better world. Lets start by increasing the peace and decreasing the violence! Also, I really would like for people to start caring more than they do now. When I see someone who looks or is angry, I look at them and wonder if they know that that is one of the reasons that the world is the way that it is now. Whenever I get the chance, I always try to talk to my friends, to see if they would like to help me to try and increase the peace and decrease the violence. I sometimes ask myself, if it is too hard for some people to be nice and caring! Is that too much to ask? Actually, it isn't too much to ask, except for the ones that really like to start mess. Some of my hobbies are basketball, talking on the phone, and hanging out with my friends. I am very nice. I like to help others when they need it. That is why everyone loves me. When I grow up, I want to become a lawyer. That way I can help others. Being a lawyer is going to be hard work. I will have to study hard and go to law school. When I do become a lawyer and have a family, by then I hope the violence will be gone, and all the pollution and other bad things will have disappeared. I can't make it happen alone but I can help. I can raise my children to be intelligent and have respect for others and their property. That's how I can help. I would like the world to be better when I grow up by people being more concerned about the welfare of others and stop being into themselves so much, that they seem to think other people's problems are not their problems. Because eventually, their problems affect our society, which includes all of us. Other things I would like you to know about me are that I'm an intelligent person, nice, caring, and always with a smile. I want to be a welder or an accountant after high school graduation. I've been around welding all of my life and I love math, so a career as an accountant would be worthwhile and interesting. I would like to improve the world by stopping air and water pollution and by recyclying. One thing I could do is have a protest in Washington, D.C. to stop air pollution and to get the wildlife fisheries to stop water pollution.
